How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated personal records from our systems, please choose one of the following methods:

  • Required Info: Please provide the email address or username associated with your account so we can locate your information.

Option 2: Disconnect via Facebook Settings

If you used Facebook Login to access our website, you can also revoke our access directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy.

  2. Click on Settings and then navigate to Apps and Websites.

  3. Find our app/website name in the active list.

  4. Click the Remove button.

What Happens to Your Data?

Once a data deletion request is submitted via email or triggered via account settings:

  • What is removed: We permanently erase your profile details, login credentials, order history, contact information, and any personalized preferences from our active databases.

  • Processing Time: Email requests are verified and processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Finality: Please note that this action is permanent. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and you will need to register a new account if you wish to use our services again.
